ភ្នំពេញ៖នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) អញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែង នៅភូមិព្រៃចាន់ ឃុំអូរបីជាន់ ស្រុកអូរជ្រៅ ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ដើម្បីសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍ នៅស្ថានភាពព្រំដែន ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អន្តរកាល (IOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ានដទៃទៀត បានចុះទៅបំពេញភារកិច្ចនៅទីកន្លែងដែលភាគីថៃ កំពុងធ្វើសកម្មភាពរំលោភបំពាននៅភូមិព្រៃចាន់ ដូចជា ធ្វើការឈូសឆាយដី ការរាវមីនដោយក្រុមទាហានថៃប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចូលក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា ចំនួនពីរលើកគឺ៖ លើកទី១៖ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ១១:០៥នាទីព្រឹក និងលើកទី២៖ នៅវេលាម៉ោង ១៣:៥៥នាទីរសៀល និងចាប់តាំងពីវេលាព្រឹកមកទល់ពេលនេះនៅតែបន្តតាមដានដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើសភាពការណ៍នៅទីនោះនៅឡើយ ដើម្បីអាចស្វែងយល់ និងវាយតម្លៃហេតុការណ៍ខាងលើឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមិនលម្អៀង ស្របតាមអាណត្តិរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងការធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា បើយោងតាមផែនការក្នុងរយៈពេលពេញមួយសប្តាហ៍នេះ ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍ អន្តរកាល (IOT) នឹងតាមដានសភាពការណ៍ និងចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ជាប្រចាំនៅភូមិខាងលើនេះ។

Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia On Friday, October 10, 2025, the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in coordination with the Interim Observer Team (IOT), conducted a field mission to Prey Chan village in O'Bei Chon commune, O'Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province. This visit is conducted in order to observe, verify, and report on the border situation after the Ceasefire came into effect. It is important to emphasize that the Interim Observation Team (IOT), led by Malaysia and other ASEAN member countries, has conducted its mission at the location where Thai forces are committing the encroachment activities upon Cambodian sovereignty in Prey Chan village. The encroachment activities by the Thai armed forces include land clearing, mine-clearance operations within the Cambodian sovereignty occurred twice: at 11:05 AM, and at 01:55 PM. The IOT team has continued to monitor the situation closely, since this morning, to accurately and thoroughly understand and evaluate the above-mentioned situation, ensuring compliance with their mandate to uphold full and effective implementation of the ceasefire. In accordance with the plan, the Interim Observer Team (IOT) would conduct frequent visit to the aforementioned village throughout the whole week in order to monitor the prevailing situation.
